Before placing your order/s, please make sure that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions:

1. Only submit your order form if you are 127% sure that all the information you have placed in the form are correct.

2. NO CANCELLATIONS ALLOWED! We will be paying for the items to the supplier first so please do not waste our money by cancelling your orders! Before ordering anything, please make sure that you are financially capable to do so.

3. If you do cancel your orders, we will post you as a bogus buyer and have you pay a cancellation fee of PHP 200. We will also no longer accept transactions from you in the future.

4. Not knowing our terms and conditions will not be accepted as an excuse for you to cancel your order or to send your payment late. Our terms and conditions are posted in all our order forms, and we are asking you to read them all before continuing with your purchase.

5. All payments you have sent are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the items you have ordered suddenly become out-of-stock.

6. Downpayments and/or installments will not be applied to our GOs/on-hands. Instead, we will have long deadlines (~3 weeks) for payments so you can still save enough money to pay for your items.

7. Deadline for payment will be strictly observed. Failure to pay on time will result to an additional charge of PHP 50 per day until you have paid for your order/s.

8. A confirmation e-mail containing your order details (in PDF) will always be sent to you automatically after you have placed your order/s. If you have yet to receive any confirmation e-mail within our given time frame, then please do not hesitate to contact us via Twitter direct message.

9. When making your payment, please triple check the details. We will not be responsible for lost money due to your mistakes in encoding our details.

10. Please be patient with your orders. It takes time to send your items to our KR address, pack the items, ship them out to PH, and receive the items here. There may also be instances that the packages will be held in customs for checking. Please also be reminded that our GOs are under NORMAL ETA, which means that the items will take approximately 3 to 5 weeks to reach PH upon transfer to our KR courier. Although it may take a long time for you to receive your orders, you do not need to worry. Updates will be posted every week.

11. We will not be liable for any damage or loss of orders during the delivery as we will make sure to pack and send all items carefully. However, in the case that your orders do become damaged/lost, we will help you resolve this with the courier.

12. Submission of order form/s means that you are legally binding yourself to our shop's terms and conditions. Failure to comply with ALL of the listed provisions may warrant you legal consequences. In order to avoid that, please shop accordingly.



For those who are not sure how to order, this section lists down our step-by-step order process!

1. Choose the PH GO you want to join.

2. Click on the link found together in your chosen PH GO's tweet. This will lead you to the order page.

3. Read our shop's terms and conditions placed in the product details.

4. Check out your order/s and type in all the information asked. Make sure that all the information you have encoded are 127% true and accurate.

5. Place your order and take note of our payment details.

6. Check your e-mail inbox/SPAM folder for your order confirmation. Enclosed in the confirmation e-mail is your order number, order summary, and shipping details.

7. Pay for your order on or before the set deadline. Make sure all the payment details you have encoded are 127% correct!

8. Once you have paid, take a photo of your receipt and send your proof of payment to our payment form.

9. Payment confirmation will be sent to your e-mail 1-7 days depending on our availability.

10. Wait for your orders to arrive. The cut-off for our batch orders is during every 2nd week of the month. We expect that all items will be sent to our KR address a week or two after the batch cut-off (depending on the supplier/s). After all merchandise for the batch have arrived in our KR address, the items will be packed and immediately shipped out to PH. Shipping to PH is usually on the last week of the month. Expected time of arrival of the items to PH after shipment from KR address is around two weeks via sea cargo, while delivery to our address upon box arrival to PH takes 1-3 weeks.

11. Upon arrival of your orders to our PH address, packing and shipping out of individual orders will immediately start. Shipment of items usually take 1 week.

12. Kindly update yourself with our tweets regarding shipments.

13. After confirming that shipment for your batch has started, we will be sending the tracking number to your e-mail 1-2 days after shipping.

14. Track your order/s using the tracking number.

15. Wait until your merchandise is delivered at your doorstep!

1. Are you legit?
❤ Yes we are! You can check #LBPOPFeedbacks for past transactions.

2. What is DOO and DOP?
❤ DOO is Deadline Of Orders while DOP is Deadline Of Payment!

3. What do you mean by NORMAL ETA?
❤ Normal ETA or Normal Estimated Time of Arrival means that the delivery of the items will take around 4 to 6 weeks after batch cut-off.

4. "Bakit ang tagal?"
❤ Our items are delivered via sea cargo, which is way slower than air cargo and EMS but is much cheaper than the two. We have to compromise in order to get our Korean goodies at a cheaper price.

5. "Ang tagal naman ng order ko! Is this a scam?"
❤ As mentioned in #4, it really just takes a long time for sea cargo to arrive from KR to PH. There are also other factors such as port congestion, holidays, and even customs that can affect the arrival time of the items to our PH address. To ease your minds, always check the masterlist or #LBPOPUpdates for updates on your items!

6. How long do you usually reply?
❤ We will try to reply within a few hours since Admin A has classes and Admin T is working. However, we will actively reply to your dms and e-mails at night (7pm to 1am).

7. Will you send out confirmation e-mails for our orders?
❤ Yes, we will! Confirmation e-mails will be sent out automatically after you have placed an order. The confirmation e-mail will also include your order number, order summary, and shipping details.

8. What is an order number?
❤ An order number is given to you after you have placed an order so that we can track how many orders in total we have gotten! It will also serve as your order code. You can find the order number in your sales invoice/summary.

9. Will you send out confirmation e-mails for payments?
❤ Yes, we will! Payment confirmation will be sent to you within the week after you have submitted the payment form. Should you not receive any confirmation after 1 week, please send us a message since we might have missed your submission!

10. What are your modes of payment (MOP)?
❤You can pay your orders through GCash, Paymaya, BPI Savings/Mobile Transfer, and BDO Savings/Mobile Transfer. We do not support other modes of payment.

11. Do you accept downpayments/installments?
❤ No. Since the admins are all busy with work, it will be hard for us to keep track of downpayments so we usually do not offer this unless it's for pasabuys/special orders (subject to our approval).

12. Do you do cardpooling?
❤ Sorry, but no!

13. Do you do meet-ups?
❤ Yes! We can do meet-ups in Los Baños, Laguna. However, due to the pandemic, we are limiting our meet-up schedules. Meet-up schedules will be posted within the week after the batch orders arrive in our PH address.

14. "Wala po bang meet-ups sa Manila?"
❤ We cannot do meet-ups in Manila since both admins live in Laguna pa, plus both are busy with acads and work. Also, our shop was originally made to cater to fans in Laguna talaga.

15. What courier/s do you use for shipping?
❤ We use Abest, J&T Express, and GoGo XPress.

16. How much do you charge for the shipping fee?
❤ Our shipping fee ranges from PHP 150 to PHP 350 depending on size of parcel and location. You may also opt for shipping fee-on-delivery via GoGo Xpress if your area is covered and if your order has no poster tube.

17. Can you use other couriers aside from Abest, J&T Express, and GoGo Xpress?
❤ These three couriers are the only couriers that offer pick-up in our area. Due to the pandemic and the nature of our work, we cannot accommodate any other couriers.

18. Will our orders have freebies?
❤ Of course! We will try to give you small freebies as token of our appreciation for trusting our shop!

19. Where do you order the albums and other merch?
❤ We order them through trusted Korean online stores like Withdrama and Synnara. Kaya you don't have to worry about being scammed!

20. How does your import process work?
❤ First, we order the albums through online stores then send them to our KR address. Our admin in KR (a friend of ours who is working there) would pack these albums to fit the large shipment box then transfer the box to our courier. The box would be loaded and delivered via sea cargo (which takes ~2 to 4 weeks) and then inspected by customs/port managers upon arrival. The box would be sent to our PH address after (which takes 1 to 2 weeks), and then we start individual packing and shipping of orders! The whole import process is expected to be around 4 to 6 weeks if no delays occur.

21. Will you open group orders for [album name/fansite goods/kpop merch]?
❤ We can open GOs for certain albums/goods upon request~ For fansite goods and other special orders, you can request for a quote in this [form].

22. Which groups would you most likely do GOs for?
❤ Admin T really loves BTS, Red Velvet, and BTOB so she would handle these GOs. Admin A is very multifandom so she is open to having GOs for any group! Although her main GOs would focus more on Produce 101, Stray Kids, Day6, and Infinite~

23. Will you open GOs for season's greetings/summer packages/Mwave signed albums?
❤ Yes, upon request! As for the Mwave signed albums, we will only push through if we have five or more sure buyers~

24. Will you do FAST ETA?
❤ This depends if the site offers FAST ETA and we get enough orders to push through.
